Information you send us
When you submit a project brief, we receive the contact details, project information and files you choose to provide. This may include your name, company, email address, phone number, location, budget guidance and product requirements.
How we use it
We use this information to review your enquiry, contact you about the project, prepare recommendations or quotations, and manage any work you ask us to undertake. We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing or sell them to third parties.
Uploaded files
Logos, artwork, reference images, sketches and product files are stored securely with the project brief so the STRVN team can assess and respond to your request. Please only upload files you are authorised to share.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers involved in operating the website or delivering your project, only where needed for that purpose. We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably required to respond, maintain project records and meet applicable obligations.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information where appropriate. Contact joshuaevans@strvnbranding.com.
